Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead and scale engineering teams across multiple product initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving delivery, managing engineers, and ensuring high-quality execution across the SDLC.
This is a true player/coach leadership role—someone who can manage people while still understanding architecture, technical decisions, and delivery challenges.

Day-to-Day / Responsibilities
• Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple initiatives
• Drive execution across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Partner with Product and business stakeholders on priorities and planning
• Own release planning, sprint execution, and roadmap delivery
• Remove blockers and ensure team accountability
• Lead architecture discussions and technical direction
• Translate technical initiatives into executable workstreams
• Support hiring, mentoring, and development of engineers
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years managing engineering teams
• Proven experience leading teams through full SDLC delivery
• Strong background in Agile methodologies
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, QA, and Engineering teams
• Ability to manage timelines, releases, and delivery commitments
• Technical experience with:
o Azure
o C# / .NET
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving team performance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting customer-facing digital products
• Experience leading globally distributed teams
• Background in platform modernization
• Exposure to AI-enabled development
• Strong DevOps / CI/CD maturity experience
• Experience in large enterprise environments
• Prior experience as a Technical Lead before moving into management
