Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a growing engineering team focused on building scalable Salesforce solutions while helping drive the evolution of modern software development practices. This is a hands-on development role for someone who enjoys working closely with engineering teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing beyond just writing code.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Salesforce expertise, integration experience, excellent communication skills, and a forward-thinking approach to AI-enabled development. This individual will be expected to mentor other developers, participate in technical discussions, and help shape how development teams leverage emerging technologies moving forward.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
• Strong experience with:
○ Salesforce Sales Cloud
○ Salesforce Service Cloud
○ Salesforce integrations
• Experience mentoring developers or serving in a technical lead capacity.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to explain technical concepts and architectural decisions.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools within software development workflows.
• Ability to discuss how AI and agentic development are influencing modern engineering practices.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 experience.
• CI/CD pipeline implementation experience.
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience. • Experience working in AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
