Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior QA Analyst to support a large healthcare client in a fully remote, Agile/Scrum environment. This is a contract role based in India, supporting a U.S.-based team with required overlap hours of 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST (6:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST).
The Senior QA Analyst will be responsible for owning the full QA lifecycle, including test planning, execution, defect management, automation, and production support. This individual will work within a Scrum team to ensure sprint deliverables are met and that applications meet quality and compliance standards within a regulated healthcare environment.
A key focus of this role is Salesforce testing, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce mobile application testing (manual and automated) to support end users operating across both desktop and mobile environments.
Pay ranges from $4- $7 USD/hr based on qualifications and years of experience

Required Skills & Experience
-5-7 years of QA experience supporting enterprise applications
-Strong manual testing experience with the ability to test complex workflows end-to-end
-Experience owning the full QA lifecycle: test planning, execution, defect tracking, regression testing
-Hands-on automation experience building and maintaining frameworks (not just executing scripts)
-Experience with Java, Selenium, TestNG, and Page Object Model
-Salesforce testing experience
-Salesforce mobile application testing experience (manual and automated)
-Experience testing mobile apps on iOS and Android devices
-Experience writing and executing test cases based on user stories
-Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
-Strong SQL skills for backend data validation – REQUIRED
-Excel experience for data validation
-Healthcare experience with knowledge of HIPAA / PHI –
-Ability to work independently and provide clear status updates
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience using BrowserStack or similar tools for mobile and device testing
