Job Description
IG is hiring for TIG Welders for one of our industrial manufacturing clients in Lakeville, MN. These positions are open due to a large incoming order of 168 ovens that the team needs to ramp up to fulfill. This is a project shop environment (not an assembly line) — welders are assigned a single oven and work it start to finish, with project durations ranging from 3 days up to 4 weeks depending on the build. Each oven includes varied work (back wall, sides, interior, etc.), so the job stays hands-on and changes throughout the build. Welders join a small team of 6 with strong safety culture and consistent OT opportunities.
