Technical Project Manager

Insight Global is hiring a Technical Project Manager for a global technology client supporting an identity verification (IDV) platform used by enterprise and financial services organizations. This role is focused on managing SDK/API integrations between the client’s platform and customer applications. The project is highly customer-facing and involves working through integration challenges, defects, and urgent customer issues (including fraud-related scenarios). The role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, act as a translator between engineering and business teams, and bring structure to complex, cross-functional projects.

• 5–8 years of technical project / program management experience
• Experience managing technical implementations, migrations, or product rollouts
• Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and SaaS platforms integrations
• Ability to:
○ Communicate with engineering + executive
stakeholders
○ Translate technical concepts into business language
• Experience managing cross-functional teams (engineering, CS, sales)
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure, customer-facing situations
• Strong stakeholder management:
○ Escalations
○ Expectation setting
○ Competing priorities
• Experience with:
○ Risk mitigation
○ Change management
○ Dependency tracking
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Ability to travel occasionally across EU on short notice

• Experience with identity verification (IDV):
○ Biometrics (facial recognition)
○ Document verification (passport, driver’s license)
• Experience leading SDK/API integrations in SaaS environments
• Background in:
○Fintech
○ Cybersecurity
○ Authentication / regulated industries
• Experience working with enterprise customers
• Experience with customer onboarding / implementations
