Job Description
The Business Relationship Manager (BRM), Information Systems serves as the primary liaison between assigned business functions and Information Systems. This role partners with business leaders and Information Systems teams to understand business priorities, align technology capabilities to operational needs, and support the intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery of technology initiatives. The BRM is responsible for building effective stakeholder relationships, improving visibility to demand and portfolio priorities, and helping ensure Information Systems investments support business outcomes.
This position is onsite and requires regular in-person collaboration with business and Information Systems stakeholders. Work schedule and onsite presence will align with business and operational needs.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business relationship management, business analysis, project/program management, IT consulting, or a related role.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and translating business needs into technology initiatives.
• Understanding of intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, and technology delivery processes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across teams and influence without direct authority.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting semiconductor, manufacturing, service, supply chain, engineering, or other operational functions.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications, ERP/CRM platforms, reporting tools, and digital initiatives.
• Experience working in a global environment with cross-regional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with governance, portfolio management, and value realization practices.
