Job Description
This person will be responsible for the following:
- Analyze data sets, determine data characteristics, define data mappings, write transformation rules for technology consumption, translate requirements into Features in Aha, Prioritize Features, Provide input on refinement to technology team, test output of development.
- Additionally, resources may read clinical charts to determine evidence of data present and interpret what chart information means for care gap closure
- Working 8am-5pm CST business hours

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years business analysis
- 5+ years data analysis, experience with CMS/NCQA Quality Measures
- 5 years data warehousing in a clinical environment
- EMR Experience
SQL, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, SDLC, Agile - 5+ years in total, Data warehousing, Data Mapping, experience w/ cloud
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- UHC Quality Experience
- Clinical Background
- CMS Measure Expertise
- Software and Data Development experience
