Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. This individual will play a key role in supporting early childhood growth by implementing structured lesson plans, fostering social and emotional development, and building strong relationships with both students and families.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
Create a fun, engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and learning
Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development through structured and play-based activities
Observe, assess, and document student progress, providing individualized support as needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement and developmentally appropriate techniques
Supervise children throughout the day, including during playtime, meals, and rest periods
Build strong relationships with parents, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience working with young children in a school or childcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
Patient, adaptable, and passionate about working with children
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education
Experience with structured early childhood curriculum
