Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead a large-scale connected device rollout program across a national footprint. This individual will serve as the single-threaded leader responsible for executing two parallel workstreams:
These IoT controllers sit on commercial-grade equipment used by restaurant and foodservice customers. The controllers manage operational data (e.g., usage counts, chemistry dispensing levels, diagnostic insights) and feed into analytics platforms that drive actionable business intelligence for customers. The program involves coordinating across 3,500+ field sales representatives, corporate accounts, marketing communications (marcom), supply chain/logistics, and engineering teams to ensure devices are shipped, installed, configured, validated, and monitored at scale.
This is a highly operational, execution-heavy role — not a traditional PMO or governance PM seat. The right candidate will thrive in ambiguity, build repeatable execution models, and drive measurable throughput across distributed field teams under tight timelines (120–180 days).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead parallel execution of remediation and new-install workstreams as one integrated program — not two separate projects
Build and manage a single integrated plan including timeline, dependencies, resources, and milestones
Drive field execution at scale — wave-based rollouts, dispatch coordination, sales team communication, and training
Coordinate logistics: pick/pack of devices, setup documentation, shipping to customer locations
Implement install process controls — checklists, KPIs, connectivity validation steps
Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, field ops, marcom, corporate accounts) to ensure alignment and delivery of enabling capabilities (verification tools, alerting, dashboards)
Translate remediation learnings into prevention design improvements to eliminate repeat failures
Manage a hypercare period post-milestone to monitor connectivity health and resolve issues before program close
Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to leadership and stakeholders regularly

Experience with mobile/wireless infrastructure components (e.g., WiFi routers, cellular connectivity)
Exposure to leasing or contract-based service models where equipment is deployed under customer lease agreements
Experience designing and executing hypercare / post-deployment monitoring processes
Background integrating digital + physical systems (e.g., device connectivity verification, remote diagnostics, data validation)
