Job Description

An employer is seeking a UX Analyst to sit at the intersection of design, research, service design and business strategy within one of our largest national financial
services clients. This is not a traditional business analyst role - it is a connective and analytical function that helps our design and product teams make better decisions. You will translate complex business requirements, regulatory
constraints, and client data into clear, actionable insight that informs everything from service blueprints to leadership strategy. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in a design critique, a data deep-dive,
and a stakeholder workshop. You are rigorous, curious, and skilled at making the complex feel navigable.

Responsibilities:
-Translate complex business requirements, compliance constraints, and operational processes into clear briefs, frameworks, and documentation that design and product teams can act on.
-Help define and track UX metrics and success criteria in partnership with product and research leads.
-Facilitate cross-functional synthesis sessions that bridge design, operations, compliance, and technology teams.
Identify dependencies, risks, and constraints early, helping the team navigate them without losing design quality or user focus.
-Support design ops by maintaining knowledge assets (decision logs, frameworks, etc..)

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.

Required Skills & Experience

-3+ years in a UX, design strategy, business analysis, or research operations role - ideally with exposure to design-led organizations.
-Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with data, synthesizing mixed-method findings, and building a clear narrative from ambiguous inputs.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you write clearly, structure arguments well, and adapt your style to your audience.
-Ability to facilitate alignment sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
-Comfort working across disciplines - you understand design thinking, but you also speak the language of product, operations and business.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
