Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a global manufacturing and industrial equipment client in Dayton, Minnesota. In this role, you will join Graco’s Customer Care organization, supporting business-to-business customers by providing timely, accurate service related to order management, pricing, product availability, and shipping.

On a day-to-day basis, this role will spend approximately 70% of their time handling 80-100 inbound phone calls per day and 30% responding to customer emails and system-based cases, primarily through CRM and internal order management tools. Daily work includes answering pricing questions, checking inventory and shipment status, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional, business-to-business environment.

Required Skills & Experience

2 years of high volume call center experience
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Exposure to distribution centers, supply chain operations, or order fulfillment processes
