Job Description
We have built out a centralized Project Management Office (PMO) to standardize processes, improve execution, and support electric distribution projects for a large utility client.
The Project Manager I will support the execution of distribution projects, ensuring alignment to PMO standards while coordinating across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive successful project delivery lead by PM II's. Pay rate starts at $40/hr
Responsibilities
Support Project Managers with project execution from start to close
Coordinate with stakeholders on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Track progress and provide status updates/reporting
Assist with workload coordination
Identify risks and support mitigation efforts
Ensure adherence to PMO processes and quality standards

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
2–5+ years in project coordination/management (utilities preferred)
Understanding of project lifecycle
Strong organization + ability to manage multiple tasks
Solid communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Pluses
Utility, EPC, or distribution experience
Exposure to PMO environments, SAP, or project tools
Experience with financial tracking or project controls
