Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Application Activation Analyst for one of our large agricultural clients. This role supports the activation, configuration, and ongoing use of customer-facing applications by ensuring accurate setup, thorough quality assurance, and responsive support. This role will require a candidate who is detail-oriented, comfortable working across multiple systems and tools, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position involves collaborating with internal teams and communicating clearly with producer and retail customers to resolve issues, support enhancements, and deliver a smooth, reliable user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and activate customer access within applications and online platforms
- Perform QA testing for product enhancements and validate accurate setup
- Support producers and retail customers with clear, solution‑focused communication
- Follow documented processes precisely while managing multiple tasks and priorities
Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and support ongoing improvements

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-3 years-experience supporting applications, systems, or online products
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes end‑to‑end
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, web browsers, and Adobe tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong written and verbal customer service skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with FISERV products or financial services platforms
- Background in QA testing or product configuration
- Experience supporting external customers or end users in a regulated environment
