Job Description
The AI Fullstack Engineer will deliver end‑to‑end functionality for an AI‑driven initiative that connects product complaint data with enterprise risk management documentation. This role will build and enhance the application layers that ingest complaint data, apply AI‑generated analysis, and surface mapped insights showing how real‑world issues align to established product risk profiles. The engineer will develop cloud‑based backend services, APIs, and data integrations, as well as intuitive user interfaces that enable quality, safety, and risk teams to review trends, assess compliance, and take action.
Through this work, the AI Fullstack Engineer will help establish a continuous feedback loop between post‑market field data and risk assessments, ensuring safety thresholds remain aligned with real‑world product performance. The solutions delivered will strengthen regulatory compliance, improve traceability between complaints and risk documentation, and support more proactive, data‑driven decision‑making across quality and safety organizations.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer building production applications
-Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, APIs, storage, authentication, etc.)
-Solid backend development experience (e.g., .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python) with API and service‑oriented architectures
-Frontend development experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
-Experience working on cloud‑based or AI‑adjacent products, including integration with AI/ML services or data‑driven platforms
