Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Right of Way Agent to support active land acquisition efforts in Minnesota. This role requires deep experience with title, acquisition, and document preparation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with landowners and moving quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate with landowners for right of way acquisition
Manage title review and acquisition documentation
Draft and review right of way and easement documents
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties
Support acquisition activities across active projects
Conduct site visits and meetings within the local area

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of Right of Way or land acquisition experience
Strong background in title and acquisition processes
Proven experience drafting legal and acquisition documents
Experience working directly with landowners
Ability to manage multiple acquisitions at once
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in the utilities industry
Bachelor’s Degree
