Job Description

This role is a hands-on Talkdesk subject matter expert responsible for diagnosing, stabilizing, and optimizing an existing Talkdesk contact center environment that is underperforming. The focus is on fixing complex dialer, campaign, and routing issues, aligning the platform with revenue and sales goals, and advising on both immediate fixes and longer-term architectural improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

Deep, hands-on Talkdesk experience, especially troubleshooting and optimizing live implementations.
Strong contact center architecture expertise (dialers, routing, campaigns, lead management).
Experience supporting high-volume contact centers and operating independently in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
