Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a multi-site rental operations leader to run a ~$30M Climate Control region (fleet + branches) with ~150 employees. This role owns ops execution + safety culture (audits, fleet readiness, KPI reporting, budget) while partnering closely with sales leadership to drive growth.

This is a hands-on, field-facing leadership role requiring strong operational discipline, comfort with analytics and reporting, and the ability to influence both sales and operations leaders across multiple locations.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5+ years of Branch Manager experience in equipment rental or closely related multi-site operations leadership.

Proven success leading multi-location teams (district/regional leadership exposure preferred).

Strong operations leadership capability (process discipline, fleet/asset management, service execution).

Financial acumen: experience managing budgets, performance reporting, P&L execution and operational metrics.

Strong executive communication and presentation skills (audits, budget reviews, performance reporting).

Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Excel; comfort working in dashboards/reports).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (helpful, but not required).

Climate Control / Specialty Rental experience: Temporary Heating, HVAC, environmental services, dehumidification/air movement, etc.

Experience influencing both sales and operations leaders across a region.
