Job Description
The Senior Treasury Analyst supports all aspects of treasury operations and plays a critical role in daily cash management, forecasting, banking, and risk management activities. This role partners closely with Treasury leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure liquidity, support financial decision‑making, and help advance the treasury function as a strategic contributor to the business.
This position includes a critical daily cash update responsibility that must be completed each morning to support timely downstream treasury and financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate and analyze daily net cash positions and bank activity for all SEI‑related accounts to ensure sufficient liquidity across business units.
• Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cash movements and trends.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of short‑term and long‑term cash forecasts.
• Execute and manage wires, ACH payments, and other treasury transactions.
• Administer bank accounts, including user access management and account services.
• Support financial, operational, and strategic planning initiatives through treasury analysis.
• Assist with investment‑related activities, including monthly investment accrual calculations.
• Support treasury risk management activities, including maintaining relationships with insurance providers.
• Facilitate semi‑annual insurance coverage reviews and coordinate annual renewals.
• Assist with quarterly audits, SOX compliance reviews, and related documentation.
• Prepare and maintain quarterly and annual treasury memos related to operations, compliance, and financial performance.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly close materials, Audit Committee and Board of Directors reports, and monthly executive presentations.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5+ years of experience in Treasury or Finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance (preferred) or Accounting
• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, data analysis)
• Solid understanding of finance fundamentals
• Ability to work in a dynamic, unstructured environment
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Master's Degree in a similar field is preferrable
• Certifications:
○ CTP — Certified Treasury Professional
○ CFA — Chartered Financial Analyst
