Job Description
We are supporting a large healthcare client on a multi‑year new construction project in the St. Paul / Minneapolis area and are seeking experienced construction professionals to join the team. These roles will play a key part in overseeing MEP trades throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Ideal candidates will have experience with electrical and/or mechanical systems, understand how these systems flow through a building, and be comfortable working in a complex, regulated healthcare environment. *Will not complete the work itself - will oversee the subcontracting firm completing the hands-on work*

Required Skills & Experience
-Manage MEP trade coordination across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing scopes
-Oversee schedules, budgets, and project milestones from design through completion
-Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals related to MEP systems
-Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders
-Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and healthcare regulations
Monitor progress and proactively address risks or conflicts to keep the project on track
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- BAS or Building automation controls experience
