Job Description
The Enterprise Architect is a senior, customer-facing technical leader and trusted advisor responsible for aligning enterprise technology strategy with business outcomes for our Client’s most strategic accounts. This role supports a portfolio of large, complex enterprise customers and partners closely with executive stakeholders to design, influence, and guide scalable, secure, and future‑ready architectures.
Positioned as a Business Technologist, the Enterprise Architect goes beyond traditional solution design—translating business strategy, financial drivers, and operational objectives into actionable technology roadmaps. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and outcomes, functioning as a “solutions architect on the highest level” with strong executive presence and end‑to‑end ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior technical advisor for a defined set of enterprise customers, acting as the primary architect behind large, complex initiatives
- Develop and advise on enterprise architecture models that align technology strategy with business objectives, financial drivers, and customer experience goals
- Partner with C‑suite and senior business leaders to articulate the “why” behind architecture decisions and connect technology investments to measurable outcomes
- Lead discovery efforts, validate requirements, and align solution strategies to customer goals and long‑term roadmaps
- Present and articulate our Client’s full portfolio and overarching technology vision in a clear, business‑focused manner
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to form unified account strategies, ensuring seamless alignment from opportunity identification through execution
- Act as the technical orchestrator for major deals, ensuring all architectural, commercial, and delivery components are fully integrated
- Lead and influence cross‑functional technical teams, including Solution Architects, Design Engineers, Delivery Engineers, Project Managers, and Managed Services teams
- Maintain ownership across the full lifecycle—from early strategy and pre‑sales through implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization
- Remain actively engaged with customers between projects to maintain trusted relationships and identify future opportunities
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and architectural best practices to continuously evolve customer strategies
