Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an AI Engineer with a strong data engineering foundation to build and productionize AI solutions end-to-end; from data ingestion and orchestration (Azure Data Factory) through transformation/compute (Azure Databricks) and into core AI/ML/GenAI services, with the ability to contribute to modern web applications (JavaScript / React / Next.js)

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of related experience either as a Data Engineer and/or AI Engineer
- Strong Data Engineering background building production-grade pipelines and data products
- Azure Data Factory (ADF) experience for orchestration (pipelines, triggers, monitoring, failure handling)
- Azure Databricks experience
- Core AI/ML/GenAI engineering strength — ability to build, deploy, and support AI solutions in real environments (not just notebooks).
- Experience productionizing AI (turning POCs into secure, maintainable, scalable systems) and improving reliability/monitoring/supportability.
- Python proficiency for data + AI development (pipelines, APIs, model/LLM workflows).
- Front-end development experience or strong interest with JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one of: React.js / Next.js (or similar modern frameworks).
- Strong communication skills — able to partner with business + technical stakeholders and document solutions for handoff/support.
