Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Procurement Manager who is responsible for overseeing sourcing initiatives and ensuring the plant is consistently supplied with all raw materials and packaging necessary to meet the production schedule. This role leads the identification and evaluation of best‑in‑class suppliers, manages purchase orders from creation through delivery, and maintains strong vendor relationships to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality. Working closely with Planning, Warehouse, Production, and Quality Assurance teams, the Procurement Manager aligns sourcing strategies with operational demands while monitoring market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to mitigate supply chain risks.
In addition to daily purchasing execution, the Procurement Manager drives strategic sourcing efforts by negotiating competitive contracts, implementing cost‑effective procurement strategies, and continuously improving processes to enhance inventory management and operational efficiency. The role is also responsible for preparing procurement reports, analyzing performance metrics, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership. Success requires strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills, as well as the ability to streamline workflows, support cross‑functional collaboration, and uphold high standards of quality, service, and cost performance while covering the operation from end-to-end.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ Years of Experience with Contract Negotiation, Sourcing, and Supplier/Vendor Relationship Management.
- Experience in owning end-to-end process for material management and sourcing procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in working with Food Manufacturing / Production Companies
- Leading a team of procurement/sourcing analysts.
- Deep knowledge in market industries and experience in analyzing market trends.
