Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a digital initiative currently in the innovation phase, where much of the problem space, scope, and delivery model are still undefined.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can quickly absorb complex contexts, and proactively drives clarity across teams. You will play a critical role in forming and guiding a cross‑functional pod, identifying gaps, and defining what needs to happen next to move from concept to a commercializable digital product.
This is a hands‑on, execution‑oriented role that requires assertiveness, strong judgment, and a “bulldog” mentality — someone who calls things as they see them and takes ownership rather than waiting for direction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead program execution in an early‑stage innovation environment with high ambiguity and limited initial definition.
Help shape and stand up a cross‑functional pod, identifying who needs to be involved across product, engineering, pricing, marketing, and go‑to‑market.
Proactively identify gaps (e.g., pricing, MVP definition, customer messaging) and take ownership to close them.
Define what needs to happen next and drive alignment on priorities, milestones, and dependencies.
Act as a strong voice of the customer, ensuring solutions are commercializable and aligned to customer value.
Partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to move from concept → MVP → release.
Program manage the release of a digital application, ensuring clarity across scope, readiness, and delivery.
Drive execution using structured program management practices while remaining flexible to evolving needs.
Communicate clearly and assertively with senior stakeholders, surfacing risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

Senior‑level Program Management experience, particularly in innovation or early‑stage product environments.
Proven success operating in high ambiguity, with the ability to define structure where none exists.
Experience program managing the delivery or release of a digital application (e.g., healthcare, enterprise, SaaS).
Strong commercial mindset:

Experience with subscription models, value delivery, or monetized digital products.
Ability to think through pricing, packaging, and customer value.

Demonstrated ability to proactively identify gaps and take ownership to resolve them.
Assertive communicator who can challenge assumptions and “call it as they see it.”
Strong stakeholder management skills across product, engineering, and business teams.
Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for program tracking, delivery coordination, or execution management.
Ability to provide very specific, real examples of:

Driving clarity in ambiguous situations.
Making decisions with incomplete information.
Influencing without authority.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience incorporating or enabling AI‑driven capabilities within digital products.
Background in lodging, hospitality, or adjacent intelligence/analytics platforms.
Experience differentiating product work vs. systems/platform work and managing both effectively.
Prior experience working in distributed or hybrid team environments.
Familiarity with MVP definition and early go‑to‑market planning.
