We are seeking an IT Operations Analyst to support a combination of IT governance, process improvement, documentation standardization, and hands‑on technical projects. This role will focus on identifying gaps within IT processes, improving and consolidating documentation, and supporting key infrastructure initiatives.
The ideal candidate is self‑directed, resourceful, and comfortable balancing documentation‑heavy work with technical execution in a fast‑moving IT environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in an IT operations, systems, or infrastructure support role
• Strong background in IT documentation, process improvement, or governance
• Hands‑on experience with:
○ Windows OS deployments (Windows 10/11)
○ Software installation and configuration
○ End‑user support and data migration
• Working knowledge of:
○ Server hardware troubleshooting
○ Networking fundamentals
• Ability to work independently, identify gaps, and stay productive without constant oversight
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting HPC environments or server clusters
• Familiarity with IT policy frameworks or best‑practice standards
• Exposure to MS Dynamics or enterprise application migrations
Prior experience in project‑based or contract IT roles
