Job Description
As a Test Coordinator, you will serve as the hands-on liaison for a portfolio of manufacturing sites, ensuring a smooth and thorough UAT process during a critical Citrix VDI migration. You will join a team of five testers tasked with validating that all essential applications and workflows function seamlessly in the new environment across 65 manufacturing sites.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Scheduling and facilitating UAT sessions with business users
Guiding users through test cases and capturing feedback
Logging, triaging, and tracking defects to resolution
Creating and managing all UAT documentation, including test results and final sign-off forms
Ensuring business continuity by confirming that critical systems perform as expected post-migration
Validate image performance, stability, and compatibility across hardware and software configurations.
Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot image-related issues.
Perform regression, functional, and security testing on VDI images.
Ensure compliance with enterprise IT policies and security standards.
Document image configurations, test results, and issue resolutions.
Participate in patch testing, image updates, and version control.
Support automation of image testing using scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
Coordinate with networking teams to ensure seamless integration with Cisco infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of relevant experience
Proven experience coordinating UAT or similar testing processes in a business or manufacturing environment
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple testing schedules across various sites
Excellent communication and facilitation skills for guiding business users through test cases and sessions
Experience with defect tracking, triaging, and resolution processes
Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed documentation, including test results and sign-off forms
Familiarity with Citrix VDI environments or similar virtual desktop infrastructure
Scripting tool experience to support automated testing (e.g. PowerShell, Python)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working in or supporting manufacturing operations
Prior involvement in large-scale IT migrations or infrastructure projects
Knowledge of testing tools or platforms (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM)
Understanding of business continuity planning and critical application workflows
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team of testers and stakeholders
