These resources will be stepping into an organization that deals with regulatory HEDIS reporting. This project supports operationalization of AI Abstraction Initiative. These resources will define requirements to be fulfilled by the Technology organization to integrate the GCP AI tool w/ rateLIFT to leverage during PSDC and in future HEDIS Retrospective, will evaluate AI Model Output, suggest new requirements, manage priority, and test quality of deliver. Will write data mappings and data rules for ingestion of data. Analyze data sets, determine data characteristics, define data mappings, write transformation rules for technology consumption, translate requirements into Features in Aha, Prioritize Features, Provide input on refinement to technology team, test output of development. Additionally resources may read clinical charts to determine evidence of data present and interpret what chart information means for care gap closure

- 5+ years business analysis, 5+ years data analysis, experience with CMS/NCQA Quality Measures, 5 years data warehousing in a clinical environment, EMR Experience
- SQL, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, SDLC, Agile - 5+ years in total, Data warehousing, Data Mapping, experience w/ cloud
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- UHC Quality Experience, Clinical Background, CMS Measure Expertise, Software and Data Development experience
