Job Description

The Application Test Engineer will focus on sub-assembly and final-level testing of medical devices such as pulse generators, and ablation catheters, ensuring functionality and reliability before production release. Responsibilities include developing LabVIEW software to verify device performance, conducting RF/Bluetooth testing as needed, collaborating with mechanical engineers on hardware validation, and building test systems to support energy-intensive applications like pulse field ablation. The role balances early-stage computer-based discovery with hands-on lab work during pre-production and validation phases. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience, ideally in Electrical Engineering, though Biomedical, Mechanical, or Computer Science backgrounds with strong LabVIEW expertise may be considered. Independence, initiative, and the ability to drive testing efforts are essential. We can pay between $45 -$60/hr.
