Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Developer BI Analyst to design, develop, and optimize business intelligence solutions that drive healthcare intake analytics and reporting. This role focuses on building advanced data models, predictive analytics, and interactive dashboards to support critical decision-making across clinical, HR, finance, and operations domains.
The successful candidate will have strong programming expertise in Python, advanced problem-solving skills, and experience with Power BI for visualization. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful BI initiatives, develop machine learning models, and deliver insights consumed by hundreds of business users. The ideal candidate will be mid-to-senior level, enthusiastic about learning, and eager to grow toward full-stack engineering responsibilities.
Compensation: $110,000–$120,000 annually with full benefits, PTO, holiday PTO, and 401k match.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of programming experience in Python (must-have) with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
-Expertise in data analytics, data modeling, and BI development; ability to build models from day one.
-Strong experience with SQL for advanced queries and data manipulation.
-Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboards and visualization.
-Proven ability to build predictive and statistical models; familiarity with machine learning concepts (must-have).
-Experience in healthcare analytics and EHR systems (Netsmart, Avatar, Credible, CentralReach, etc.).
-Machine Learning experience (must-have) with proven ability to build predictive and statistical models.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders, translate technical insights into business value, and clearly articulate the story behind the data.
-Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and PHI/PII data handling.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Spark experience (bonus).
-Exposure to big data frameworks or distributed computing environments.
