                            Insight Global is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize cloud-based data solutions that power enterprise analytics and reporting. This role focuses on developing scalable data pipelines, managing data warehouses, and enabling self-service business intelligence using modern cloud technologies.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure, Snowflake, and ETL tools, and will play a key role in onboarding data sources, building pipelines, and ensuring data quality. This is an exciting opportunity to work on advanced cloud data engineering projects and deliver impactful solutions for business teams.
Compensation: Up to $125,000 annually with full benefits, PTO, holiday PTO, and 401k match.

                        Required Skills & Experience
                        
                        
                            -Hands-on experience with Azure (must-have); AWS exposure is a plus.
-Strong experience with Snowflake and Azure SQL Data Warehouse.
-Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF); familiarity with Informatica or SSIS.
-Proficiency in Python (must-have) and SQL for scripting and advanced queries.
-Solid understanding of data warehouse and data mart design for reporting.
-Experience with Power BI for dashboards and analytics.
-Knowledge of Azure DevOps for automated deployments and version control.
-Ability to work with JSON/XML and API-based data sources.
                        
                    
                    
                        Nice to Have Skills & Experience
                        
                        
                            -Kafka (nice-to-have), Spark SQL or USQL (bonus).
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub for project collaboration.
