Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager to join the team of one of our largest medical device clients in the Twin Cities. This role requires a high-performing, technical individual with a strong business approach in the sales and marketing space. You will be expected to support a cross-matrixed team of internal business, internal technical, and external vendor partners to deliver a solution encompassing the data from much of their sales and marketing ecosystems. This project will be centered around IGNITE 360 and deliver on two primary components such as MAESTRO and EMBER.

Required Skills & Experience
•5+ years of program management experience.
•Experience managing complex projects involving diverse stakeholder groups, multiple applications, system dependencies, and upstream/downstream integrations.
•Ability to navigate the intricacies of a complex technology landscape, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple systems.
•Strong background in supporting data focused applications and collaborating with multiple diverse stakeholder groups. Experience working with AI solutions will be a huge plus.
•Knowledge of release management and DevOps processes, including all teams involved, and the ability to build and manage a comprehensive project plan that outlines dependencies, milestones, and execution steps.
•Ability to translate problem statements into well-defined tasks, map dependencies, and establish timelines to ensure seamless execution across multiple teams and systems. Capable of developing a roadmap and prioritizing the work needed to complete the larger program scope.
•Ability to lead teams through discovery, execution, and planning of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Facilitate workstreams across multiple delivery teams.
•Actively contribute to change management planning and launch execution, driving smooth adoption and operational success.
•Expertise in managing workflows, documentation, and product lifecycle processes in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Windchill.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
•Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
•PMP Certification or similar
•Experience with projects dealing with sales and marketing data and complex integrations
•Medical device or healthcare experience is a plus
