Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a skilled hands-on Electronic Assembly Technician to support the assembly, modification, and troubleshooting of electronic and hydraulic systems in a structured manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include interpreting engineering documentation, performing point-to-point wiring and manual soldering, reading complex schematics and blueprints, and maintaining quality and compliance records. The technician will also contribute to process improvements, functioning as a subject matter expert, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about precision, consistency, and continuous improvement. The individual will be joining a team of four within a larger operation, while work closely with engineering, planning, and manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality builds and smooth operations. This is a full-time, four days a week on-site role with long-term potential.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of relevant assembly experience
- Associate's degree or vocational technical certificate in electronics or related area
- Strong experience in electronic assembly and hydraulic power systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electronic systems
- Skilled in point-to-point wiring and manual soldering
- Strong troubleshooting ability with complex electronic schematics
- Hands-on experience with electronic diagnostics
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross functionally across teams

- Former experience as a lead or supervisor within assembly related roles
- Consistent work ethic with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet production deadlines
