Job Description
-Oversee and enforce operational governance for marketing and enterprise content taxonomy.
-Conduct content audits and map existing assets into a unified global schema.
-Ensure consistent tagging and classification practices across teams and platforms.
-Act as a liaison between creative/content producers and platform/technology owners.
-Manage the content lifecycle, ensuring timely updates, archiving, and retirement of assets.
-Develop and maintain documentation and training resources to support stakeholder compliance.
-Drive incremental improvements to taxonomy and metadata models within current systems and frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience
-Proven experience in content governance, taxonomy management, or metadata modeling within marketing or enterprise environments.
-Strong understanding of content lifecycle management, including asset updates, archiving, and retirement.
-Familiarity with tagging and classification standards across digital content platforms.
-Ability to audit and map content into global schemas and maintain consistency across decentralized teams.
-Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, especially between creative/content teams and platform/technology stakeholders.
-Experience creating documentation and training materials to support governance adoption.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with incremental improvements to existing taxonomy and metadata models.
-Background in platform operations or working within established digital ecosystems (not greenfield development).
-Exposure to AI-adjacent technologies (e.g., semantic search, knowledge graphs) without direct ownership of model development.
-Familiarity with data science or engineering teams, even if not directly coding or building applications.
-Operational discipline in ongoing maintenance-heavy roles that require consistency over time.
