Infrastructure Solution Architect

An established healthcare organization is undergoing an exciting transformation and building a team to define and manage its next-generation technology and infrastructure platforms. The Platform Solution Architect will play a key role in leading the definition, design, review, selection, and communication of solutions across core platform, cloud, and infrastructure services from an enterprise-wide perspective.

This role requires strong collaboration across multiple teams to help shape the direction of future initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic goals. The position reports into Enterprise Architecture and supports Platform and Operations IT capabilities.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in one or more architecture domains, with a strong background in Platform and Infrastructure Architecture. Experience leading modernization efforts using public cloud platforms, platform engineering, and Infrastructure-as-Code is highly preferred.

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years as an IT Architect.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level infrastructure solutions.
• Strong expertise in AWS and GCP; Azure exposure preferred.
• Hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments, including containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and networking.
• Experience with platform engineering and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure architecture, cloud computing, and security controls.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools and cloud networking patterns.
• Track record of modernizing infrastructure using cloud services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong self-management in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience leading teams and delivering architectural solutions.

• Master’s degree in MIS or related field.
• Experience in healthcare or compliance-heavy industries
• Exposure to Office 365 and Power Platform.
• Formal architecture training or certification.
• Professional cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ability to model architectures using standard notation.
