Job Description
This tenant improvement project involves remodeling half a floor in the corporate headquarters to reflect the high-end finishes and layout of the CEO’s office. The space is intended to impress high-level recruits and support division-wide meetings in a polished, corporate environment. While a design firm will lead the creative direction, the Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating design recommendations, overseeing materials and furniture selection, and ensuring thoughtful spatial layout. Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing timelines, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and supporting the wrap-up of several smaller projects, all while maintaining a sharp eye for quality and corporate standards.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years in a construction project accountability role working on $8-$12 million budget range.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and project management platforms.
• Experience with Tenant improvement and strong eye for space planning and finishes.
• Strong communication skills as they will be interfacing with C-suite executives.
• Construction experience in a corporate entity (multifamily experience not applicable)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
