The The Claim Product and Data (CPD) team’s vision is to reimagine and simplify the end-to-end claim experience by providing a nimble and frictionless claim capability for all constituents, driving maximum affordability. The work will be challenging and rewarding!
Pricing is a key capability in our claim environment, ensuring alignment with the contracts we negotiate with providers and accurate, frictionless claim pricing for our members. Our enterprise pricing strategy entails modernization of existing assets and increased automation, with several programs underway and others being scoped for the years ahead.

Required Skills & Experience
-Experience in the healthcare industry (particularly with UnitedHealthcare, United Health Group, Optum, OptumRx
-Experience with claim management and claim adjudication platforms
-Significant experience working with IT in an agile environment
-Aha! or Rally user experience
-Strong ability to produce executive communications and value stories
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Proven ability to grow maturity and velocity within agile teams
-Experience leading steering committee meetings and engaging with senior stakeholders
-Demonstrated ability to take the lead and initiative to drive programs forward
-Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
