Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager with over 5 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate excels at managing diverse stakeholder groups, navigating complex technology environments, and driving integration across systems. Responsibilities include planning and executing projects involving commercial applications, system dependencies, and DevOps processes. A key focus will be integrating Sales and Marketing technology from an acquired company into existing systems, with a target completion date of July 2026. This role requires a strategic leader who can align technology with business goals and ensure smooth execution and adoption. This is a hybrid role that requires working onsite 3x a week in Arden Hills.

Required Skills & Experience
•5+ years of project management experience.
•M&A experience.
•Experience managing complex projects involving diverse stakeholder groups, multiple applications, system dependencies, and upstream/downstream integrations.
•Ability to navigate the intricacies of a complex technology landscape, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple systems.
•Strong background in supporting commercial applications and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.
•Knowledge of release management and DevOps processes, including all teams involved, and the ability to build and manage a comprehensive project plan that outlines dependencies, milestones, and execution steps.
•Highly proactive in engaging with key stakeholders and gathering essential information to drive success.
•Actively contribute to change management planning and launch execution, driving smooth adoption and operational success.
•Expertise in managing workflows, documentation, and product lifecycle processes in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Windchill.
