IT Project Manager, Acquisition Product Launch

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. Ideal candidates will have experience in M&A, FDA approval processes, and SAP, along with a strong background in managing commercial applications and navigating integrated technology landscapes. This role involves leading an acquisition integration project, including product launch, regulatory compliance, and asset management in hospital environments using SAP. The Project Manager will drive planning, execution, and change management across diverse teams, using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Windchill. Strong critical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans are essential. This is a hybrid role that requires working onsite 3x a week in Arden Hills.

•5+ years of project management experience.
•M&A experience.
•FDA approval process experience is also valuable.
•SAP integration experience.
•Ability to navigate the intricacies of a complex technology landscape, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple systems.
•Strong background in supporting commercial applications and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.
•Knowledge of release management and DevOps processes, including all teams involved, and the ability to build and manage a comprehensive project plan that outlines dependencies, milestones, and execution steps.
•Change management experience.
•Expertise in managing workflows, documentation, and product lifecycle processes in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Windchill.

•Salesforce integration experience
•Medical device industry experience
