Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager to enhance product development lifecycles by driving continuous improvement and Lean product development. This role works directly with cross-functional product development teams to optimize processes, tools, and systems that drive standardization, simplification, and digitalization. The Program Manager leads and supports Engineering Excellence initiatives, facilitates Lean and Agile practices, and coordinates improvement projects to ensure successful execution and measurable impact. Responsibilities include developing standard work documentation, mentoring teams on Lean tools, conducting process audits, deploying CAPA's enterprise wide across the new product development groups and promoting alignment across engineering functions. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaborating with stakeholders, this position helps improve productivity, staff engagement, and product quality across the organization. Salary $100k-$145k

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, IT, Manufacturing, Project Management
- Experience leading end-to-end product development lifecycle, including engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales.
- 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager, managing end-to-end aspects of the product development lifecycle (emphasis on process)
- 8+ years of experience with CAPA's (Corrective action preventative action)
- 4+ years of experience in people leadership in engineering, manufacturing or project management
Experienced in leading organizational change and driving cultural adoption of process excellence.
