Job Description

Day to day:
Our client is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Settlements Analyst to launch their career in the banking industry by joining a Global Settlements team of 13 based in St. Paul, MN. Supporting security settlements across 93 countries, the team ensures timely processing of equity, bond, and foreign exchange transactions, while reconciling accounts and posting credits and debits in accordance with European regulations (CSDR). Responsibilities include manually posting penalties, resolving exceptions, and communicating trade statuses across internal teams. The ideal candidate is proficient in Excelcomfortable with macros, formulas, and building charts or tablesand demonstrates strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic. We can pay between $18-$19/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree Or Two Years of equivalent/finance experience
- Excel experience (understanding of v-look ups and basic formulas)
- Curious and Driven
- Good with numbers
-Great communication, energy, and work ethic!

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Interested in culture, world trades, and stock market
-Operations experience
-Excel (Pivot Tables, VBA , Macros, COUNTIF, SUMIF)
-Coding is a huge plus (VBA, C++)
-Tableau experience
