Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Engineer I to set up electrical equipment and support the design, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic components and systems. Youll begin with small-scale assembly tasks like PCBs and circuit boards, progressing to full system testing as you grow in the role. Working closely with a team of 56 engineers, youll set up and evaluate electrical tests, conduct design verification, and provide feedback to improve product performance. This lab-based role also includes documenting procedures and results, resolving prototype issues, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to support engineering needs. Youll help communicate project status, refine specifications, and uphold quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Biomedical, or Computer Engineering Degree
-Foundational understanding of board-level circuits

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Familiar with LabVIEW automation
-Experience using standard electronic test equipment: oscilloscope, function generator, power supplies
-Experience with bench-level test execution
-Hands-on electronic troubleshooting experience
-Medical Device experience
