Job Description

The Demand Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring accurate visibility into resource capacity and demand across enterprise projects and portfolios. This position supports effective resource planning and portfolio execution by maintaining high-quality data in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and collaborating across teams to generate insights, streamline workflows, and improve process maturity.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience (high school diploma or GED required).
2+ years of experience in capacity planning, resource management, project coordination, or portfolio operations.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or similar PPM tools (e.g., Planview, Clarity).
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other analytics/reporting platforms.
Experience identifying process gaps and contributing to workflow or system optimization

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with IT project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Exposure to IT resource management or PMO environments.
