Job Description

The Senior Demand Analyst is a key contributor to enterprise capacity and resource planning efforts, with a specialized focus on driving demand visibility and process maturity. This role goes beyond tactical execution, requiring a consultative and prescriptive approach to engage stakeholders, establish demand baselines, and help mature existing process. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of communication, analytical, and change advocacy skills to help teams evolve.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field — or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in demand management, resource planning, business analysis, or IT portfolio operations.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage resistant or skeptical teams in constructive dialogue.
• Demonstrated experience introducing new planning frameworks or baseline measurement models in uncertain or undefined environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize partial data into meaningful recommendations.
• Experience translating informal or incomplete information into structured planning artifacts (e.g., demand forecasts, capacity models, etc).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or similar PPM tools (e.g., Planview, Clarity).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in a healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or clinical IT setting.
• Familiarity with Agile coaching principles and resource portfolio governance, even if not directly in a coaching role.
