Job Description
Overview: The development test team tests, certifies and documents results on HP printers, drivers, and solutions for the customer in their test lab. This role is responsible for the completing the testing, validating and documenting test results.
Responsibilities:
• Test and certification of the printer fleet, HP drivers and various solutions installed following the documented process
• Multi-tasking between projects, changing needs and assisting with ad hoc testing needs.
• Setup new printers within the lab
• Downgrade firmware and reset lab devices upon request
• Install, remove, and maintain printer drivers using the AMP tool as needed.
• Communication with the lab lead to report issues found during testing, toner requests and supply needs.
• Updating various documentation relating to certifications, toner and supplies within the lab
• Keep the lab clean and supplies organized at the customer site.

Required Skills & Experience
• Skilled in Microsoft Office products, Adobe, SharePoint
• Ability to work independently and within a set testing timeline
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change to work through changing priorities
• Ability to work in a lab environment following repetitive processes.
