Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trade Show Coordinator to help manage the planning, execution, and follow-up of trade shows and industry events. This role is critical in enhancing our brand presence, generating leads, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives through impactful event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Strategy
Serve as primary trade show coordinator for a number of key trade shows, managing event plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate hotels, transportation, and team attire
Prepare presentations for project kick-off meetings based on previous participations
Provide planning status updates to working teams
Prepare all the pre-show reports (including the exhibit guide with the help of the Product Managers)
Order promotional materials (prints) and giveaways
Support Event Leads to support open Workfront projects related to the specific tradeshow
Assist Event Leads with key objectives, such as invoicing pre- and post-show presentations, lead capture and distribution, and coordination with Global Creative and Design team on project tickets
Logistics & Coordination
Register for trade shows and secure booth space
Book hostess, internet connection, cleaning, electricity, water, logistics, and equipment (e.g., TV screens) based on the Event Leads direction
Coordinate shipping of equipment, giveaways, brochures, kitchen supplies, etc., based on the Event Leads direction
Organize team dinner reservations and order customer entrance tickets
Keep the Trade Show calendar updated
Manage and track trade show invoices
Create new vendor forms and submit tickets in IT Helpdesk
Update company profile on the trade show platforms
Upload product lists to trade show platforms
Post-Event Reporting
Collect and analyze event leads and feedback
o Prepare lead capture form (e.g., in Snapaddy), including the creation of the Salesforce campaign
o Enter leads into Salesforce
Prepare post-event reports and ROI analysis, including leads
