Payroll Oversight (60%)
Review bi-monthly payroll runs managed by a third-party provider
Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance before submission to Dayforce
Serve as the primary liaison between managed services and internal stakeholders
Dayforce System Administration (40%)
Manage and configure Dayforce system settings and workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Support system updates, integrations, and enhancements
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to optimize system performance

Proven experience with Dayforce, particularly in a system administration role
Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Comfortable working on-site at least 3 days per week
