We are building a small, high-impact team to support the development of a new customer-facing application within the client's key new program. This initiative is part of an approved innovation project and will be lead by key stakeholders with support from senior designers and researchers.
The team will be responsible for designing and developing a responsive web and mobile application using React Native, aligned with the client's design system standards. The role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders, including client-facing interactions, to ensure a user-friendly and impactful experience.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers and researchers to deliver a seamless user experience.
Conduct user research and interviews to gather insights and guide design decisions.
Translate research findings into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
Design for both web and mobile platforms using responsive design principles.
Use tools like Figma and Miro for design collaboration and prototyping.
Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
Support the creation of visual assets and data visualizations as needed.

Experience designing enterprise-level applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web and mobile UI/UX design.
Proficiency in Figma and Miro.
Experience with React Native or designing for React-based frameworks.
Familiarity with enterprise design systems with.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders and clients.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop.
Background in data visualization or graphing tools.
Experience working in innovation teams or startup-like environments within large enterprises.
