Job Description

Were looking for a Senior Product Manager, Clinical to lead the development of digital products that support clinicians and care teams, improve patient outcomes, and drive operational efficiencies. Youll work at the intersection of clinical workflows, EHR/EMR integration, and provider experience, with a primary focus on our Wellos brand.

What Youll Do
Own the roadmap and execution for clinical platforms and technologies used by providers and care teams.
Collaborate with clinicians, engineers, designers, product managers, and operational leaders to define product requirements and solve real-world care delivery challenges.
Translate clinical workflows and documentation into intuitive, consumer-friendly digital experiences.
Ensure seamless integration with EHRs, clinical systems, and third-party platforms.
Gather user feedback, monitor product performance, and iterate based on data and clinician insights.
Stay current on healthcare regulations and standards to ensure compliance and innovation.
Support go-to-market and operational rollout in partnership with clinical and implementation teams.

Team & Product Context
Youll be embedded within the Wellos Clinical team, part of the clients Prevention portfolio (which also includes Real Appeal, Quit for Life, and Wondr Health).
Youll work closely with:
Engineering leadership
Business stakeholders
Clinical teams
Designers and researchers
This is not a new workstreamproject plans and teams are in place. Your role will be to close product gaps and accelerate execution.
Youll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, with regular engagement across the broader product organization.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of product management experience, including 35 years building clinical technology products.
Deep understanding of provider workflows and healthcare delivery systems (e.g., hospitals, integrated health systems, outpatient care).
Experience working with software as a medical device (SaMD) under FDA guidelines.
Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR platforms, clinical documentation systems, decision support tools, or care coordination technologies.
Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clinical stakeholders (MDs, RNs, care coordinators, etc.).
Proven ability to define and deliver scalable, user-centered products in complex, regulated environments.
Technical fluencycomfortable working with APIs, data flows, integrations, and system design trade-offs.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in value-based care, population health, or digital health startups.
