Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Coordinator with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of supporting the management of the portfolio and project management team with the direction of the PMO Lead. To be successful in this role, you must be detail-oriented who will take initiative and ownership of tasks. This is a hybrid role working onsite in either Maple Grove or Arden Hills 3x a week.

3+ years of project management experience.
Experience with administration and support of a portfolio management platform. The tool is currently Smartsheets and will likely be replaced soon by either CORA or OnePlan.
Experience developing training materials and support the team when they have questions.
Experience gathering information and data for portfolio reporting.
Confident in managing and controlling documents, such as templates, training material, and other communications.
Experience with development and management of a PMO/project SharePoint site.
Experience using JIRA for work management.
Experience with meeting coordination, taking minutes, tracking project updates etc.
-Experience with CORA or OnePlan
