Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow Operations Analyst for a large company in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will join the ServiceNow Operations Delivery team. You also partner with the business to explore new opportunities to automate the operations processes, and support multiple ServiceNow modules. There are on-call needs due to the nature of the position.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience working on a ServiceNow Platform team.
- Experience supporting incident, problem, and Change Management process within ServiceNow team
- Ability to solve problems and strive to identify causes to problems.
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
