As a Strategic Business Development Manager for the Semiconductor Solutions business, you will play a pivotal role in driving global growth by identifying market opportunities, shaping business development strategies, and expanding the product portfolio. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and ecosystem stakeholders, actively engage in industry events, and lead strategic collaborations to enhance revenue and profitability. Your expertise will help position the company as a leader in the semiconductor industry, influencing standards and driving innovation. You will provide strategic insights on market and technology trends, solve complex challenges with creativity and analytical rigor, and communicate effectively with leadership to align on vision and execution.

-Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start)
-7+ years of combined experience in business development, marketing, and/or sales in private, public, government, or military environments
-4+ years of experience in business development, business creation, and value creation within the semiconductor industry, with a proven ability to drive accelerated growth
-In-depth knowledge of semiconductor wafer fabrication and packaging integrated processes, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into market opportunities.
-Masters degree from an accredited institution or MBA with a concentration in marketing, strategy, or a related field
